SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is carried out by the Royal Mail or another suitable carrier.
Picture packaging is multi layer: craft paper wrapping with corner guards, then it is bubble wrapped and placed within a telescopic double layered cardboard casing specifically made for artwork.
Costs: Standard 6-10 business day delivery is £25 within the UK.
Faster delivery times are not provided.
International postage to Europe/America will be individually calculated prior to purchase. International taxes and import duties are the responsibility of our customers, we do not include prepayment of these charges in your quotation or any payments made for goods or shipping costs.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE U.K. SHOULD EMAIL FOR A QUOTE PRIOR TO PURCHASE using our contact page.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If not satisfied, you will receive a refund minus the original cost of handling and shipping. All Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Payments will be reimbursed to the payment method origionally used. On receipt of the returned goods payment, minus handling and shipping, will be made. You can return an item in U.K. within 14 days of receipt of purchase. For international items this will be within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All items returned must be insured for the full value paid for the item.
